Fortuna (ShiYunJia) Metals Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, it was located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, covering 4500 square meters, which is a specialized manufacturer of precise metal stamped parts, such as various of terminals, metal sheets, lead frames, connector plug accessories and etc. Our products have been exported to Japan, American and other foreign countries.
Our company consists of Admin Dept, Engineering Dept, Quality Dept, Production Dept, PMC Dept, Marketing Dept, Finance Dept, Purchase Dept and Auditing Dept. We are capable enough to produce sorts of metal progressive dies which with high degree of difficulty, high precision, high quality and stability. Additionally, with the introduction of advanced stamping & inspection equipments from both domestic and overseas, we has the capability to produce and test the precise products and ensure deliver the finest products to our customer. The raw materials we used in our production are cold-rolled steel, chrome- molybdenum steel, stainless steel, phosphor-copper, brass and so on, with the maximum thickness is 2.0mm whereas the minimum thickness is 0.2mm. Furthermore, our stamping dies are made of alloy steel, high speed steel and other super-rigid steel (as tungsten steel), so that can guarantee the stability of stamping process. At present, our customer as follows: NEC, Emerson, Measurement, Taller, Carling and others.
